30 Plant-Based and Vegan Meat Alternatives at Whole Foods
You might have already read my list of the best plant-based chicken alternatives at Whole Foods, but in case you are looking for other vegan meat alternatives, I prepared a new list with a wide variety of plant-based meats! This are great options for anyone who is starting to transition to a plant-based diet, who already eats a diet based on plants, or is already vegan. Some people like the flavor of animal-based products, but don’t want to support the cruelty and environmental damages that come with them. For this group of people, there are good news, because you can still enjoy the same taste from plants.
I would always recommend a whole foods vegan diet, but every once in a while you can incorporate these products to ease any craving you may have. From vegan burgers to plant-based turkey, and many more, there is something for every need. I found this wide selection of plant-based meats at Whole Foods Market. Depending on your location, you will be able to find these or not, and you may even discover other products. Most of these products can be found at other stores, but now that you know about them, it will be easier to spot them!
